The simplicity of High Intensity Training to enhance your health and fitness goals

Phone consultations come with the following:

  •  a weekly follow-up (4 weeks) either via e-mail or half-hour phone conversation
  •  a weight training program 
  •  a diet program. 

Each additional package comes with the following:

  • 6 week package -6 week follow-up
  • 12 week package -12 week follow-up
  • 24 week package -20 week follow-up
  • 36 week package -24 week follow-up
